SyncAgro Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information 7 Sync Technologies, Rajkot, Gujarat, India ("we", "us") collects when you use SyncAgro (https://syncagro.in), how we use it, and the choices you have. We aim to follow Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
1. Two kinds of data
- Account data. This is information about the shop and the people who use SyncAgro: shop name, address, GSTIN, licence numbers, logo, and each user's name, mobile number, email and password. We are responsible for this data.
- Shop business data. This is what your shop enters: products, stock, purchases, bills, payments, and the names, mobile numbers and addresses of your customers (for example, farmers) and suppliers. Your shop owns and controls this data. We store and process it only on your behalf, to run SyncAgro for you.
If you add your customers' details, please make sure you are allowed to, and tell them how you use their details if the law requires it.

We don't use your data for advertising, and we never sell your data or rent it to anyone.
3. Cookies
Inside the shop, SyncAgro uses only the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and a security token that protects forms (CSRF protection). Your language choice and the Gujarati typing setting may be remembered in your browser. We don't use advertising cookies. 4. Where your data is stored
Your data is stored on servers provided by Hostinger, our hosting provider. All shops share one secure database, but every record is tagged with its shop, and SyncAgro checks this on every request so one shop can never see another shop's data. Uploaded files, such as your logo, are kept in a separate folder for each shop.
5. Who can see your data
- You and your staff, according to the roles you give them (owner or cashier).
- Our team, only when needed to support you, fix a problem, or keep the service secure. When our support team opens your shop, it is recorded in an audit log.
- Service providers who help us run SyncAgro, such as our hosting company and email provider, only as needed to provide their service.
- Authorities, if Indian law or a valid legal order requires it.
6. How we keep it safe
Passwords stored as hashes, one-time codes that expire after 10 minutes and are rate-limited, CSRF protection on every form, separation between shops, audit logs, and secrets kept out of our code. No online system is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data and will tell you without undue delay if a breach affects you.
7. How long we keep data
- We keep your shop's data while your account exists, including after your trial or plan ends. In that case the shop becomes read-only and the data is not deleted, so you can renew and continue.
- If you ask us to close your account and delete its data, we will do so within a reasonable time, except for records we must keep by law (for example, payment records for tax).
- Technical logs are kept only for a limited time.
8. Your choices and rights
You can view and correct most of your details inside SyncAgro. You can also email us to:
- get a copy of your account data;
- correct or update it;
- close your account and delete your data;
- ask a question or make a complaint about how we handle your data.
We'll reply within a reasonable time. Text-message (SMS) codes are switched off; we send codes by email.
9. Children
SyncAgro is a business tool and is not meant for children under 18.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email.
