• The products card says how many products are active. The stock value card says the value is at purchase price.
• An English product name is saved and comes back when you edit the product.
• Stock and bills show the pack count and the pack size, such as 14 pcs (500 g). Printed bills follow the bill language.
• Stock lists show how much of the total has expired. Expired batches are not sold unless the shop allows selling expired stock.

• Adding stock always offers an expiry date. It is required for medicines, pesticides, seeds and similar products, and it cannot be before the stock date.

• Plan & payment shows your current plan, the days left, the prices, and how to pay by UPI or bank transfer. Press I have paid after you send the money. The payment stays under review until it is confirmed.
• A reminder shows 7, 3 and 1 days before the plan ends. After it ends you have 3 days to renew. Then you can still view and print old bills. Your records stay until you renew.
• When a payment is confirmed, you can download a receipt. The receipt has no GST unless the platform turns that on.
• The platform can confirm or refuse a payment, choose the plan and start date, and email the shop. A shop's plan can also be extended or changed by hand.

• When nothing is on the shelf, the stock screen shows where to add stock or record a purchase.

• A shop without a GST number does not add GST on a new bill. That bill is titled Bill of Supply and does not list CGST or SGST. A shop with a GST number still charges GST, and the bill is titled Tax Invoice. Bills already saved stay as they were.
• Common pack sizes accept every unit you use, including 1 NOS, 1 PKT, 1 BAG, 1 BTL and 1 BOX. Blank lines and extra spaces are ignored.

• Shop settings show the saved shop name, GST number, address, state, logo, and licence numbers. The logo prints on A4 bills and on thermal receipts.
• A new shop starts with standard bill terms, a thank-you line that includes the shop mobile when you have one, and the city on the jurisdiction line when you have entered it. Near-expiry is 30 days, negative stock and selling an expired batch are off, and the rate can be edited while billing. Shops that already saved these keep their own values.
• Sign-in codes are sent by email. Text-message codes stay available in the software but are switched off until they are turned on. Mobile numbers are still saved.
